W Administration and cllavigation 'Dept l The Nav! Admin Department, as we are popularly referred to, is a combination of personnel of dif- ferent ratings who accomplish several important jobs. The ratings include QM's, PN's, YN's, MAA's, HM's, the PC and the NCC. In addtion to ensuring the safe navigation of the ship, the Navf Admin De- partment is responsible for other duties such as health, mail, law enforcement, retention and the operation of all the ship's office functions, which are too numerous to list in this paragraph.
