Mr. Howe, who came to New Washington in the fall of '53 to assume the responsibility of superintendent, has fully won the love and respect of all the students. During this time he has put in many long and tired hours. Both faculty and pupils have greatly benefitted by his strong qualities of integrity, leadership, and loyalty. We hope that Dutchtown High has the pleasure of having Mr. Howe as superintendent for many years to come.
