Administration Department, or ADMIN, has one mission, support. Unlike an operational exercise that begins or ends at the pier, this suppor continues 365 days a year and in fact, reboudlbes when The Battleship pulls into port. The quality and timeliness of the work performed by this department is just as critical to combat readiness as a weapons system. In the span of one year the Battleship Administration department transfers over 1,000 personnelg in a six month period more than 450 Navy exams are administered, each month 35 pounds of photographs are developed, and in one day over 4,000 pieces of paper are printed. Yeomen, Personnelmen, Postal Clerks, Journalists, Photographer's Mates, Interior Communications Specialists, and Master-at-Arms make up the Administration Department. We're there when you need us! t
