Having chosen soccer as his favorite sport, John was a member of the varsity team for four years. In his senior year he was chosen as Lancaster County's outstanding player. After graduation, Johnny plans to attend Temple University as a physical education major. She has worked hard at fulfilling her ambition to do general office work. She plays the organ, piano and saxophone, and because of her fine soprano voice, she is often asked to do solo work. However, he has performed his presidential duties very capably. Dick loves boating and spends many happy hours sailing on the Chesapeake Ray. Building radio equipment is another of his hobbies. Pennsylvania State University will be the scene of Dick's future education. He will study horticulture, specializing in frozen food production. Carol has supported her school by participating in many activities. She can always be seen on the sidelines cheering for the teams. She displayed her artistic ability by doing cartoon work for the Town Clock News. Although undecided as to future plans, Carol will surely be a credit to any field of endeavor which she chooses. It didn't take him long, however, to gain the friendship of many of his classmates. During the year he was a mem- ber of both the soccer and basketball squads. John's love of fun and good humor has made him well- liked during his year with us. His future plans are indefinite. H. H. S. The tallest girl of the class, Ferne is always neat and becomingly dressed. Ferne is active, full of ideas and al- ways ready for fun. At dances she can be seen doing what comes naturally for Ferne-dancing. Ferne plans to establish herself in an oHice. Shirley's keen interest in consumer education should be an aid to her in her anticipated career as a housewife.
