This blonde is known for her cheerful disposition. When not in school, she can often be seen at Shep's Restaurant where she works as a waitress. As evidence of her musical ability, Shirley has been a member of the Senior Chorus throughout her high school days. Ruthie always exhibits vim and vigor as she aids the hockey or basketball team in scoring another victory. She has always been an industrious student and a popular classmate. Bowling is one of the several hobbies she pursues. ln- deed she usually tallies a fairly high score in this sport. Ruthie enjoys the many happy hours spent with her pals. Lee joined our class in his twelfth year, having been one of the members who came from Salisbury. His love of fun and good humor has made him well-liked during his year with us. He is a great lover ot sports, especially baseball. During his three years at Salisbury, he was pitcher on the baseball team. For the past four years Lee has been a member of the school band. Lee's plans for the future are uncertain, but we feel sure that nothing but the best is in store for such a grand fellow. Music also captures the fancy of this charming little gal. She was featured as a soprano soloist in last year's Christmas Carol Service, and she has been a member of the Band for the past four years. She has served for three years as manager of the girls' hockey team and the girls' basketball team. To become an elementary school teacher is Dolores' ambi- tion. This quiet lass enjoys reading novels as a pastime. Also, since she has taken piano lessons for nearly five years, she is a rather accomplished pianist. A commercial student, Kitty considers bookkeeping her favorite subject. At Salisbury, she was active in the Senior Play and the Senior Chorus. Following graduation, she would like to attend college in order to get an office job in later years. Charlotte is gifted with talent, poise, and a pleasant person- ality. She joined our class in the third grade from Detroit, Michigan. This girl is very active in many phases of school life. She has contributed much time and effort to the hockey and girls' basketball teams. She has displayed her musical talent by playing the clarinet and the piano. Charlotte sang the Christmas solo in last year's carol service. If you visit the basketball games you will see her leading the cheers for the Huskies .
