She has capably served the school as Editor-in-Chief of the T. C. N., and the column she helps to write for the local paper clearly reveals her writing ability. The fact that she is taking a stiff course in home economics may have something to do with her plans in becoming a house- wife after graduation. Smooth sailing, Squeak, in everything you do! George Laffcrty December 21, 1930 George Glee Club 11,255 Sports Manager 11,255 Junior Band 115. . Flair-haired George has added sparkle to the class with all his witty jokes and mischievous tricks. He can often be seen at a bowling alley, rolling up high scores, or loading a gang of boys into his Plymouth for a night of fun. George, who comes from Beartown, entered our class in eighth grade. He expects to spend most of his time working in his father's store at Beartown, when his school term has been completed. fames Harry Lafferiy January 23, 1930 Jim Band 11,2,35g Glee Club 11,2,35g Patrol 11,2,3,45g Student Council 145g Orchestra 11,2,35g Sports Man- ager 115g Leoninus Business Stall' 145. Dot's name has frequently appeared on the honor rolls, and she plans to study nursing at the Reading Hospital next September. Be tty fane Lowry October 15, 1930 Lowry Glee Club 11,2,3,41g T. C. Lowry is active in Student Council and T. C. N., and goes all out for sports, which proves that she is an all-around girl. With the personality that Betty possesses, we are sure she will go far in her chosen field of nursing.
