Whizz . . . that was Fizzie going past in the Buick. With Fizzie at the wheel, the gang has attended many social affairs. He has also done well in scholastic work and participated 1n many activities. Fizzie would like to be a barber after graduation. With his abilities he will be a credit to the occupation. Nick has been with us since We were little tots in first grade. This versatile young man has often been called upon to display his many talents and abilities. Nick has always been the leader of our class, and through his successful guidance we have carried to completion many class activities. Physics is his main interest in school. Mildred is one of the most reserved members of our class. She comes from the neighboring town of Blue Ball, and joined us in her freshman year. Millie enjoys reading a good book, and much of her spare time is spent in this manner. She is putting her commercial knowledge to use, for she has already obtained the position of Bookkeeper in Zimmerman's Hardware Store, in Blue Ball.

Sooty is one of the few seniors who began school here in the first grade. She has been active in many sports and also on T. C. N. Every morning Sooty can be found on her patrol post at the front door, giving a cheery smile and a witty remark to all Who enter. The Senior Play marked another achievement for Phyllis. Here is a classmate who continually does well whatever is asked of her. Donald Paul Detter Russell Roy Clzarles July 11, 1929 Ike Glee Club 11,2,31g Soccer 1315 Baseball 1313 Class Secretary 1413 Basketball 11,21. When a remark pops out of a clear blue sky, followed by a shower of laughter, you can be sure Ike had something to do with it. There's never a dull moment when Ike is around. Russell joined us at the end of our Sophomore year, and we have been proud to have him as a classmate. He has proven his artistic ability many times, particularly on the work for the year book. Ike has that certain touch and charm that women go for and he has won many friends. July 24 1930 Don Sports Manager 13,413 Track 12,3,41. See that manly stride . . . that's Detter practicing for his mile run in the coming track meet. Detter spends much of his time during the year in strenuous workouts both indoors and out. As to the future, he seems undecided between a local job and a business college course. Whatever his choice, Don's determination and perseverance will speed him on the way to success.

She came to join us in the ninth grade, and has been a faithful member of the class. This year most of her time was spent in the office, carrying out the duties required of a secretary. After graduation, Maggie is going to continue her secre- tarial work at Groff's Hardware Store. Every morning Krickie can be seen helping the smaller children to school, for he has been one of our faithful patrolmen all through high school. 1'Jim joined our class in the third grade and has been an asset ever since. This academic student holds the honor of be- ing not only the youngest boy, but also the shortest boy in the class. His future is as yet uncertain, but he will make the most of what life offers.
