Cood-by, Dear Ne-Ca-Hi, Although it's sad, we must be parting, And though we'd like to stay, The time goes by too soon. Chorus: VVe dreamed to go our way and leave you, Close the doorg But now the time has come and our hearts de- plore. So long to everyone, We hope you never will forget us, Good-by to Ne-Ca-Hi, So long to everyone. Gloria Amabile Joanne De Caprio Class P1112111 To you Ne-Ca-Hi we bid adieu, Our knowledge and learning we owe to you. Inside your walls we had our fun, But serious work was also done. We met many people and made many friends, We faced many problems and turned many bends. We saw you first in our sophomore year VVhen frightened and timid we did appear. Your massive halls confused us so, Back to junior high we were ready to go. The challenge of high school was new to us, We settled down, but not without fuss. Our second year was one of work, But not a doubt in our minds did lurk That in order to climb lifels difficult path, We would need such things as history and math. Our homework didn't seem such a very hard chore When we had parties and activities galore. The great day came when as seniors we Made our debut for the World to see. The time had come in our high school For the Shamrocks of '60 to begin their rule. On white shirts and blouses soon were seen The familair shamrocks of Kelly Green. Of our senior year we have memories dear That in our minds are very clear. Of dances, proms, and football, too, , Of teachers and classes, to name a few. Our thanks to teachers, our steps they did guide, We hope that we now are deserving of pride. Our senior year is gone and past, Graduation day is here at last. Now we stand with a tear in our eye As the time has come for our last goodbye. With all we have gained, we face life anew. To you, Ne-Ca-Hi, we must bid adieu.
