cgfowfelfzf guidance ommiffee Each home room sends two representatives to meet with Mrs. Nelson at regularly scheduled meetings. The committee has three aims: l. to evaluate the present guidance program 2. to suggest new projects for guidance 3. to act as a committee to present problems in the guidance field to their home rooms or the home rooms of underclassmen. The sophomore committee met to discuss the means of a bridge between junior high school and senior and to serve as a follow-up of the students coming from the different junior highs to senior. The junior committee's project was an etiquette film, which was presented to the junior class. This was followed by a social aptitude test. The senior committee discussed and evaluated the college grades of former students and discussed the reason for low grades and failures in college, which some students made. This was presented in an assembly program in the form ofa panel discussion. This year, under their suggestion, career day was held for all classes, and not for just the sophomores and seniors.
