The extra point, again run by Dunn, was successful. Joe Cage broke loose for a 50-yard touchdown run in the same quarter. The P.A.T. run was short. As if he were not satisfied with one, Cage dashed across the field for another 50-yard touchdown, then kicked the extra point. Dean Wiggins tied the score for the Rebels, and the successful conversion gave them the winning point. The final blow to the hopes of the Tigers came when a beautiful 80-yard punt return by How- ard was returned on a penalty. NEVILLE 20. In doing this the Tiger team of '58 joined the other N.H.S. champion teams of the past. Two main reasons for this undefeated season-were Louis Kincaid and Fred South- erland. These two outstanding pitchers plus terrific hitting by the team equaled the State Double "A" Baseball Crown. Coaching this outstanding team was Coach Charlie Brown, coach of the year, and Coach George Davis. The cience Fair JERRY MEHL, a Junior High student, won the blue ribbon in the Junior Division of the 1958 Sciencc- Fair with a Fractional Distillation process.
