Game. and Dance. WE COULD HAVE DANCED ALL NIGHT , . , was the thought of many of the students at the annualHome- coming dance. N. H. S. Homecoming activities began Thursday, October 13 with the customary burning of the dummy. An enthusiastic crowd of students, including the band, the football team, cheerleaders, and the Ti- gerettes, marched through town to Logan Field. The capable Tigerettes were re- sponsible for the pep rally Friday, Octo- ber 14, for decorations at the field and at the dance, and for direction of the impress - ive pre -game coronation ceremony. In addition to serenading Queen La Mae and the attendants, the marching band enter- tained the spectators with a colorful show at halftime. Although our opponent re- versed our slogan of Beat Neosho, stu- dents and homecomers topped off the evening by dancing to the music of jimmy Davis and his band.
