' Frolic Abolishes The 1960 Anti-Van Party began at 5:15 with students streaming into the Fox Theatre. Orange and black member- ship cards stating, I pledge my whole- hearted cooperation in making the 1960 Anti-Vandalism Campaign 1002, success - ful provided the only admission for the evening's entertainment. After the show, busses offered transportation for the Halloweeners to the gay Anti -Van Fol- lies and coronation in the school audi- torium. Dances, musicalnumbers, and skits featuredeverythingfrom the three bears to Mr. Custer and the Indians. To climax the show in the auditorium, the King and Queen with the Prince and Prin- cess were crowned. After the show, students divided their time in the gym dancing, in the game or spook rooms, or in the cafeteria consuming mounds of food served by parents. Midnight ar- rived all too soon, but all the party- goers agreed that the 1960 party met the traditional standards with the best of everything!
