This year's council is composed of 25 students who are interestedinthe recreation- al program for Neosho youth. This council takes care of all matters at the C.R.C. concerning youth. Among the many activities which they sponsor, throughout the year, are the Halloween and the New Year's Eve parties. This year has seen many record ILLI'l'l' outs, partly because of the Max Brown Band and because of the many other recreational facilities offered. Always available to assist the council J 1 is our Director of Recreation, Abe Phillips, YVIY and the members of his adult council of recreation. COSMO CLUB BACK ROW: Owens, Wampole, Lentz, Hartsough, Stafford, McNamara, Wilkerson, Adarm, Austin, Farber, Locke, Whitener, Bushmyer, Prettyman, Ross, SECOND ROW: Bogle, Adams, Dunwoody, Caldwell, Buzzard, Baird, Killebrew, Williarrs, Oxford, Sullivan. THIRD ROW: Lamb, Long, Jaeger, Dowe, Stawford, Holkenbrink, Groshong. The Cosmopolitan Club, commonly known as the Cosmo Club, was organized in 1952. It is made up of those students taking Latin or Spanish and is sponsored by Mr. Carl Summers, the teacher of these classes. Members of this club have many projects throughout the year including both classroom activities and outside ones.
