This year's council is composed of 25 students who are interestedinthe recreation- al program for Neosho youth. This council takes care of all matters at the C.R.C. concerning youth. Among the many activities which they sponsor, throughout the year, are the Halloween and the New Year's Eve parties. This year has seen many record ILLI'l'l' outs, partly because of the Max Brown Band and because of the many other recreational facilities offered. Always available to assist the council J 1 is our Director of Recreation, Abe Phillips, YVIY and the members of his adult council of recreation. Instead of having one question as in the past, they have two questions this year. They are, Resolved: That United States Foreign Aid Should be Substantially Increased and, Resolved: That Direct Economic Aid to Individual Countries Should be Limited To Tech- nical Assistance and Disaster Relief.
