Mr. Hennigar Retires After sixteen years as principal and many more as a guidance counselor and teacher, Howard V. Hennigar retired from Natick High School in November of 1973. During those years there were numerous problems which he had to face. He always tried to be honest and fair in his dealings with students and faculty. He was a man with an outstanding background. He was president of the Massachusetts Secondary School Principal’s Association, Director of the Natick Rotary Club, and Chairman of the National Honor Society Com¬ mittee of Massachusetts. He was a graduate from Whit¬ man High School, Northeastern University, Tufts Univer¬ sity and was certified by the Harvard University School of Administration and served as a Lieutenant Com¬ mander in the Navy during World War II.
