Homecoming brings out the spirit at Hale This year, Homecoming week was an activity-filled event. All week long contests between the classes were held through lunch contests, and culminated with an assembly on the last day. Slick vs. Slob day, Gangster day Hat and Shades day, Hick day and Red, White St Blue day brought plenty of laughter and fun to the normally studious atmosphere at Hale. The barbeque and cake walk both turned out to be a great success. Homecoming week ended with the football game on Friday. Although the team suffered defeat there was still an atmosphere of spirit and pride just as there had been all week through the homecoming events.
