Friday's activities began vvith a pep rally Where the maids were formally presented to the student body. The Home- coming court included Seniors Carolyn Bruno, Lynn Olson, and Susan Stone, Juniors Susan Holder and Kyle Sours, Sophomores Connie Craft and Mary Welch. A spirited Mustang squad defeated Cen- tral Ql-6 in'the.night's contest. Half-time entertainment glistened with the Coronation of Queen Carolyn Bruno and the announce- ment of winning homeroom decorations. Laughing and dancing, hundreds of stu- dents crowded into the vibrating Olympic Room to celebrate the climax of a tiring, full-filled Homecoming week. Carolyn Bruno, with Brad Farber, Lynn Olson, senior maid, with Joe Cooper, Kyle Sours, iunior, and Spencer Jenkins, Mary Welch, sophomore maid, and her escort David Buck. Anxiously awaiting the announcement of the queen, Bill Garth and Carolyn Bruno exchange apprehensive smiles.
