I would also like to convey my thanks to you in various areas, including but certainly not limited to, the following — Thank you to a senior class for the fine leadership which it has provided this year; Thank you to the athletes who have represented our school so well during both victory and defeat; Thank you to a stu- dent body which has provided fine support and following of the athletic teams dtiring both the victories and defeats; Thank you to a student body which has continued the fine tradition of the ptu ' suit of academic excellence at Mulvane Senior High School; Thank you to a student body which has refused to follow the national trend of increasing violence and vandalism in the schools; Thank you to a student body for creating and maintaining a school en- vironment which is desirable to parents moving into oui com- mimity; Thank you to a student body for realizing and accepting the fact that there are right and wrong ways to accomplish changes and for choosing the former. Knowing most of you well makes working with you much easier. Every school has problems of one kind or another; however, Mulvane High School has had few and no serious ones to date. This is a direct tribute to the student body and faculty. This school year has been very rewarding to me. I look forward to coming to school each day. You are tlie kind of people that one enjoys being around and working with.
