The Catholic Worker soup kitchen in Denver was one way students completed this requirement. Every Wednesday after- noon Brother Paul took three to six students to help. The students worked by serving food or drinks, wash- ing dishes and cleaning up. The soup kitchen, which is one of ten kitchens in Denver, can feed 300 people a night.
