The Theology Department at Mullen, under the direction of Br. Paul Fitzgerald, emphasizes the strict doctrine of our Christian faith. ln our school curriculum a full semester of theology is required for each class level. The freshman study the Christian faith, sophmores study the as- pects of religions, juniors study aspects of morality and bible writings, and finally the seniors study religion in the everyday life. The under classmen theology teachers are Mr. Jumonville and Mr. Garofalo. Br. Bill Giddings and Br. Paul teach juniors and seniors. ln addition, Mullen offers school and class level liturgies, and the new school prayer room. X . The development office, under the direc- tion of Br. Bernard Kinneavy and Mrs. Emily Patricks, is in charge of student fund raisers, alumni contacts, Parent's Club, and several other school fuctions. This year's fund raiser was called Mustang Madness with all proceeds being distrib- uted among the numerous school activi- ties, such as the academic department and the athletic department. The Mullen Devel- opment Office is truly a credit to our school. Br. Bill Giddings uses Tom Horrigan as an unwilling example in his senior theology class. DEVELOPMENT OFFICE il CCD 3
