Coach Gene Kronlund greeted an enthusiastic group of grapplers to begin the 1963-64 Wrestling schedule. The ruggedness of the sport attracted many young men Who turned out every night to fight for a varsity position. The highlight of the season Was the matsmen's two fine victories over Lincoln. With injuries taking their toll, the T-Birds were under- manned, and came out on the short end of the score. Determination and desire played a big part in each of the Wrestler'S success on the mat. This year Mount Tahoma sent two fine representatives to the state meet, Mike Claus and Chris Cliver. Both of these boys represented Mount Tahoma in fine fashion. Coach Kronlund should be commended for his team's performance, and Mount Tahoma can look forward to a profitable season next year. Eighty-Eigh!
