Publication of the bi-weekly newspaper in- volved searching out and compiling information on news- worthy events, preparing copy, proof reading and distribut- ing the final product. A small but determined ad staff ac- quired the necessary funds. February twenty-first and twenty-second Mr. Ryan and. four of the girls from newspaper staff attended the IQB4 All-Coast Press Clinic in Seattle, sponsored by the Univer- sity of Washington School of Communications and Pacific Slope School Press. These representatives attended three conferences and a luncheon each of the two days. Several staff members reopened Mount Tahoma's Quill and Scroll chapter, although there was little time for club activities.
