"Our couniry's ideas and policies concerning world peace and The problems we face in irying io achieve ii." To all Americans. a perennial problem of ihe greaiesi concern is ihe preservaiion oi our way of life. If we are 'ro succeed in our Task. we musi keep faiih in our democraiic insiiiuiions, and we musi be an enlighiened people. F Exchange Student Program This year I had the wonderlul opportunity to come 'from Germany to the United States lor one year lo get acquainted with American life and edu- cation. I came through the American Field Service Exchange Program, the same program Ihrough which Joan Olsen came io my school in Berlin, and I N Del Cummings came 'lo Austria last summer.
