They Work Behind the Scenes A school does not function by itself. Students come in contact with the principals, teachers and instructional aides almost daily, but there are others on the campus whose contribution to the operation of the school is no less important. The cafeteria workers, maintenance crew, and bus drivers all help keep the school running efficiently. (TOP) Heading a very fine crew is the maintenance supervisor, Mr. Flyod Elliott.
