.I OLD FASI-HD ED CHRISTMAS 'Twas the night ofthe Christmas dance ...and what a night it was! The theme of the 1984 Christmas Dance was An Old- fashioned Christmas and was held Sat- urday, December 8th, 1984. Hundreds of couples crowded the beautifully decorated SUB dancing to the music of Batman while Smile also entertained us down in the RAT area. Both floors of the building were full of Mounties partying in the true spirit of Christmas. The memories which were made are not the only things which remained after the dance. For days traces of artificial snow covered the floor of the lower SUB lin- gered around the campus. The white snow was too tempting for many ofthe dancers to resist. . .and soon snow cov- ered people's hair and clothes. The Christmas dance sure was a night to re- member! Enjoying a beer and a cigar are joe DuBoyce, Tanya Markosi, Mimi McDermott, john Fenwick and joe Anderson.
