'lBratwurst" and 'lSauerk- raut" were among the traditional Ger- man foods served by club members. Three foreign exchange German stu- dents and two teachers from Nuess- Norf visited for several weeks with sev- eral member's families serving as hosts in the Spring of 1979. The German Club is looking forward to more exchange students coming in 1981. In preparation for their visit, the club has sponsored car washes, glass drives, paper drives, and has sold buttons to basketball and wrestling fans in order to sponsor activ- ities for future German visitors. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung lVly eager craft through footless halls of air. Up, up the long delirious, burning blue I've topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace, Where never lark, or even eagle, Hewg And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand and touched the face of God. 1,! 1 - if xf '95 f5 d ,,.. ,gg , ff? ,F ,v fy Arr, qw, , Wg. .
