After advancing to the semi-finals of the state play-offs in 1981 and losing fourteen seniors from the team, the Lions came into this year's season with many new faces. Although they lacked experience, the Lions displayed enthusiasm. ln the 7-0 homecoming victory over Bauxite, they proved their competence and stamina.
