This year's jazz Band includes Qfront L-Rl Bill Palmer, Angie Thompson, Rachelle Duck, Damon Ellis, Jeff Culbert, Steve McNabb lback L-RD Chuck Stinnett, Wayne DeGraf- fenreid, Brian McDonald, Rodney Stacy, Brian Ernest, Aaron Veale, Paul Johnson, Renee Harris, Gary Russell, Dustin Cham- bers, Travis Ienkins, Jeri Ramey. Jazz band entered various contests in order to prepare for the State Contest. fleftj Marching Band had a successful season. The band went to Pryor Marching Con- test where they took first place ' in their class in Parade March- ing 8: Field Marching. It's a hard job, but Jeri was great. 6 Qleftj Weeks and months of practice go into perfecting musical talent. Finally, all-state tryouts arrived, and the heat was on. First-cut all-state qualifiers in- cluded Dustin Chambers, Paul johnson, Renee Harris, and Jeri Ramey. Unfortu- nately, none of the qualifers made the all-state band.
