Practicing seven days a week for 1 W to 2 hours per day pays off for these two young ladies. Both enjoy classi- cal music the best, and to hear them play is a real treat. We hope they continue moving UP with their talents to greater things. QBelowj Dirt, dust, rain, and mud are all com- mon enemies for junior motocross advocate, Brian Roe. No matter what the weather, he can be found on his favorite bike, the Yamaha, jumping railroad crossings or taking to the high ground. Since the age of four, Brian has been fascinated with bikes and riding. He has ridden in every kind of motocross in Oklaho- ma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. His favorite races have been the Ponca City NMA Nationals and Lake Whitney, Texas, GNC ' . mspfsriarifeep-.ffhfs bike UP-right and makes it to the big-time races in the future. lLeftj Jazz, ballet, tap, or point make no difference to Tina Roe, Mounds freshman. She loves them all. At three, she began dancing lessons with Carol T's of Sapulpa and has been dancing ever since. Her practice sessions are once a week and right before contest, twice a week. Tina has danced in competitions sponsored by Dance Masters of America. Congratulations to this graceful and talented young lady as she moves UP to success. lSee pg 109 for feature on Shawna Sticej
