The over-all hope of your parents and friends who provided this school for you has always been that your years in school prepare you in the very best possible way to play well the role which is to be yours. This has been the hope of the pioneers of the modern educational system and the long-term aim of your teachers here. Should you, who leave these halls today, become successful in the enterprize of your own choosing, that credit will be reflected upon your parents, school, and community. It may well be that we are in the finest period of history. The world, the nation, and your community need the very best that each of you can give. Donald M. We do not think we are going right from high school and take up some one of these careers, but knowing each graduate and his plans for the future, we feel that each one of these prophecies could come true. Melbourne Bell was the photographer on our annual staff and we prophesy that he will become a photographer for a magazine. Since Bob Doerr knows a good deal about law, we prophesy that he will further his education and become a lawyer. Although Linda Ferguson is having some difficulty in deciding upon a deffnite career,we prophesy that she will go to college and someday become a teacher. As Mae Johnson has but one career in mind, we prophesy a happy life for her as a housewife. We prophesy that Alice Lemar will go to college and come back to Moscow to teach. Since Betty McMath has decided upon a career working for the Government, we prophesy that she will someday be secretary to the Senator from Ohio. For Jack McMath we prophesy a career of training race horses and someday owning the Kentucky Derby winner. Nancy Smith did so well in our class play that we prophesy a career In motion pictures for her. O al Theademan has expressed her desire to join the Women's Agr Force: therefore, we prophesy an exciting career as a lieutenant for her. Doroth Williams has a desire to be an Airline Hostess and we prophesy that she will fly for a while and then settle down to a much quieter life. Leaving high school in a time like today it is important that everyone make up his mind as soon as possible about what he or she wishes to do and start preparing for it. It isd fficult to prophesy exactly what each graduate will do, for some are not sure and others may change their mind within the next few years. SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS Alice Lemar . . . . . .
