NEWCOMERS PARTICIPHTED RERDILY. The beginning ol school saw the initiation of the treshman class as a whole, and also the initiation oi new GAA. members. Social hours, held throughout the year, introduced fun into the school's serious business. At mid-term, Evamaria and Hans Weintke entered lVl.T.l-l.S. from Germa- ny. At about the same time, Mr. Iames Henry began teaching here. So o n came Student Control Day, where stu- dents became teachers, and teachers became watchful v but- silent supervi- sors. C.
