' 'Spam When the season opened there were twelve girls who participated in basketball. All these girls received a place on the squad. There were two of last year's team back again this year. They were Joyce Lefevers and Dena Bell. We have had an enjoyable season although we lost seven out of eighteen games. Our team consists of Joyce Lefevers, Rachel Kennamer, Wilma Robinette and Jo Marie Lawrence as forwards and Dena Bell, Louise Barnes and Dorotha Pendleton as guards. There are five who graduate this year, They are Dena Bell, Joyce Lefevers, Lorene Titsworth, Josephine Hobbs and Emma Jean Youngblood.
