The Prom was well attended. Shown are some of the couples dancing under the new sphere which was recently purchased by the Student Council. IN THE MISTY MOONLIGHT Karen Thompson, Bill Chapin, Ardith Dysard, and Mike Creighton relax with refreshments, and music provided by the Starlighters, a sixteen piece dance band. A few of the Juniors who helped plan and organize the Prom in honor of the Seniors are shown enjoying the festivities. The Seniors have a chance to relax and get some fresh air before they must march. Gary Hopkins and Ron Kelly make last minute arrangements of their appearance before the Commencement exercises begin. Dr. Victor F. Spathelf, President of Ferris State College, gave the Commencement address. He encouraged more of the Seniors to further their education through College by illustrating what effect education will have on the future. Jane Bush and Larry Rushmore lead the Seniors to the stage and the climax of their thirteen years of schooling. 77
