ITIOREAU oays On April 9, 10, and ll, the executive council sponsored Moreau Days, an attempt to revive the former Spirit Week held in past years. For three days, classes were dismissed 40 minutes early, and each of the 4 classes was given about 20 minutes for a presentation displaying class spirit. Judges were chosen from Moreau and other schools in the area. They judged on creativity, imagination, and quality of each class' skit. The Freshman Class skit was titled Freshman Chamber of Horrors. The Sophomores' theme was 'AThere's no Business Like Show Business. The Juniors held Disney Days, and the Seniors' theme was Bon Voyage. Each class also decorated their designated hall according to the theme chosen. On the last day, classes were dismissed at 12:00 to go to the football field and listen to the rock and roll group which was hired by the AS B. The winners of Moreau Days were announced that afternoon. The Senior class placed first, the Sophomores took second, and the Juniors and Freshmen tied for third place. 254 I
