Juanita Shelton Testatrix LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT State of North Carolina County of Guilford City of Brown Summit We, the graduating class of '57, of Monticello High School, having obtained our goal through four years of hard work and good times, do hereby declare this to be our last will and testament. 0 ARTICLE I Sec. 1 - To Mrs. Hopkins, we, the Senior Class, dedicate the thirteenth edi- tion of the Mon-Echo. Sec. Z - To Mr. Black and the entire faculty we bestow our appreciation for their patience and helpful guidance. Sec. 3 - To the Juniors we leave the deserving title SENIORS and the many responsibilities that go with it. ARTICLE II Sec. 1 - I, Amy Barber, leave my neatness to Carolyn Hill. Sec. 2 - I, Shirley Brown, leave my talkative ways to Elizabeth Bailey. Sec. 3 - I, SarahSui-nrners, leave my small figure to Patsy Bishop. Sec. 4 - I, Cecil Ashley, leave my ability to digest flash bulbs to Kenny Brann providing he eats them only when he is hungry. Sec. 5 - I, Jerry Faucette, leave my height to Harry Jones as it will go well with his skill in basketball. Sec. 6 - I, Juanita Shelton, leave my height and ability to play basketball to Mary Snider. Sec. 7 - We, Jerry Apple and Glenda Murrell, leave our flirty ways to Tommy Combs. Sec. 8 - I, Karen Smith, leave No. 44 to Toni Brande. Sec. 9 - I, Jackie Brown, leave my studious ways to Betsy Huffines. Sec. 10 - I, Henry Lambeth, leave the North Drive Inn to Dean Green. Sec. ll - I. Faye Green, leave my love for music to Sandra Gunter. Sec. 12 - To Deloise Hutchins, we Shelby Hardy and Wayne Brann, leave our shyness. Sec. 13 - I, Ruby Pritchett, leave my many sweaters to Esther Pickrell. Sec. 14 - To Bobby Gordon,we, Garnes Rumley andRita Roach, leave our love for Rock 'N Roll in hopes that he will become a cool cat. Sec. 15 - We, Joe Bishop and Maynard Huffines, leave our wit to Garrett Chris- mon in hopes that we will all meet on broadway someday. Sec. 16 - We Mary Belle and Douglas Wray leave our good grades to Ann Bowman providing that she will keep them up. Sec. 17 - We, Jimmy Faucette, Duke Wagoner and Thomas Austin, leave Greensboro and Summit Shopping Center to Arnold Brinkley if he will promise to look after our many girl friends. Sec. 18 - I, Russell Barber, leave my lazy ways to Howard Hedrick. Sec. 19 - To Linda Strader and Bar- bara Ashley, we Naomi Hatcher and Lloyd Tucker leave our quiet ways. Sec. Z0 - I.
