Such a family is the Emit lennings of Bradner. In the next few pages the Iennings will show us how such a family spends its day in the Montgomery Local Schools. Before We start the story here is the cast of characters: Tommy, first grade: Calvin, third grade: Everett, fifth grade, Darlene, eighth grade, Karis Kay, freshman and Anna Mae, senior. The lennings are active in school organ- izations. This is especially true of the older three whose main interest is music. All six of the Jennings leave their Bradner home Anna Mae doles out the lunch money to her brothers. Of course school must start and here is Tommy in class Meanwhile sister Darlene, a junior high student, also Darlene works at noon in the cafeteria to round out a has to study. busy day.
