is E . 5:49 , Ms. Stead of the Reading Department is a native of San Diego and attended Hoover High. She now likes visiting Mission Beach and Balboa Park. Ms. Tosello, who teaches ESL and Composition 100, favors Mission Bay for long walks and picnics. Swimming and relax- ing in the pool and jacuzzi are the other ways Ms. Tosello fills her leisure time. Ms. Greene, one of the reading teachers, also enjoys the Mission Bay area, horseback riding in the East County and hiking on trails at Torrey Pines State Park in Eajolla. Another English teacher is Ms. Benter, who teaches Death Ac- ceptance and Vocational English. She attended Gross- mont High school and now enjoys golfing at Singing Hills and Cottonwood golf courses, running around Mission Bay and playing raquetball in La Mesa. 35
