Montbello Pride Our community celebrated its twentieth birthday on September 155, 1986 by having Montbello Days, a celebration complete with a parade and camival. Mr. John Bowie, our former principal, was bestowed the title of Grand Marshall of the parade. Several of our school organizations were invited to participate. The JROTC, cheerleaders, and marching band took part and lead the parade through our community. Local organizations such as churches, elementary schools, and the new Martin Luther King Middle School, also participated. Guests and spectators enjoy the carnival preceding the pa- rade. -Xuan The Montbello Band struts its stuff at MontbeIlo's 20th Anniv.
