Roscoe W. Scott B.S., A.M. Director of Physical Education Glenn E. Robinson B.S., A.M. Instructor in Physical Education Robert George Woll B.S., M.S. Director of Athletics Monmouth College again sponsored a well rounded program of varsity athletics, consisting of Football, Cross Country, Swimming, Bas- ketball, Baseball, Golf, Tennis, and Track, as well as a full intramural program giving every male student an opportunity to take part in some form of competitive recreation. The coaching staff consisting of Bobby Woll, Jelly Robinson, and Roscoe Scott did a remarkable job in turning out some of the finest teams in M. C. history. For the past seven years Coach Robinson has been turning out tough gridiron elevens, with the exception of the time spent with the armed forces. Coach Woll has been mentor of the basketball and track squads for the past twelve years, as well as backfield coach in football. Coach Scott is a newcomer to our campus this season, coming formerly from Carthage High School. He has done a splendid job as swimming and baseball mentor along with his position of line coach in football. T27]
