Our Mighty Graduating Class of i953 started out the fall of i949 with l36 frightened Fresh- men. We lost several during our four years, but ended with 77 graduating. ln our Sophomore year we were proud to receive second place at the FFA Amateur Show, con- tributing a Baby Contest. The highlight of our Junior year was the riotous play, lf You Knew Susie , followed close- ly by the Junior-Senior Prom, its theme being Treasure lsland. As Seniors we took first place in the magazine drive, also first in the Polio Fund drive. Then, I of course, the most important of all, GRADUATION! 9
