Ki? Two girls check out of Study Hall. Specialized Classes Driver Education, a course required by the State of California, teaches students the current traffic laws. Driver training, too, is offered in this field. Although not required, many take it for the practical experience they gain. Teachers of driver education and driver training are, re- spectively, Mr. Wooldridge and Mr. Phoenix. Another State requirement is First Aid, taught by Mr. Price. Study hall is a class that is open six periods a day to accommodate those students who need extra time for studies. The executive committees of the four classes have worked in coniunction with the student council to make this year go down in history as one of the most suc- cessful MHS has ever had. The students proved to MHS that they were ready for a championship year by purchasing student-body cards. As mem- bers of the Associated Student of Mo- desto High, these student built spirit, cheered their teams to victory, and worked to make one fine team-a team that was willing to work for its honors.
