A plan for a safefy commission, hall policemen and couris, prepared by Tom Mellis, was presenied lo Congress and 'lhen lo a vole of ihe eniire enrollment Afler much debaie, ihe sru- denls adopred only lhe safely commission phase of 'lhe pro- posal. This group, consisling of Edna Mcfiraih, Felice Mallhews, Bill Magladry, Walfer JolliFF, Miss Virginia Garrison, and J. T. Aungsl' immediafely ser our ro sfudy hall congesrion. A complere renovafion of fhe Associaied Sfudenl Body consfiiulion was lhe final change underialcen by l'he officers.
