The Fire Controlmen maintain and operate the radar, director, and electro-mechanical computer system which tracks and keeps the guns pointed at their intended targets. ln addition, when other radar navigational systems are at the mercy of inclement weather, the FT's lock gn and track important navigational aids to insure safe passage through restricted waters. s and The men of Second Division have kept our mounts smokin on call during our mariv gunnery exercises.
