R HTI Jordan Brown THI Michael Gallagher Repair Division is responsible for weld- ing, sheetmelal fabrication, pipe fitting, stability, metallurgy, heat treating of met- als, hull cleanliness and repair and water- tight integrity. The division also runs the shipboard damage control training programs, main- tains the drainage systems, the firemain system, ballast system (containing over 400 voids), and the sewage waste system. Additionally, the men of repair spear- head firefighting, battle damage repair, chemical, biological and radiological re- covery and decontamination.
