You hear their names almost every day . . . your Dean even " sign s " your registration form . . . but do you know what they look like? Steve Corso has put some life into this section with-candids and graphics. His assistants were Allison Owen and Pat Robertson. 30 1983 has been a year of change. Traditions have been challenged this year more than ever. For this reason, we have created an entirely new section for the OLE MISS. Remembering a crisis, losing a football coach and opening an athletic complex have all made this an interesting year. 94 While other college yearbooks across the nation have phased out their beauties section, we at Ole Miss continue ours. Our philosophy: if you ' ve got it, flaunt it. Becky Smitheal with the assistance of Lynn Evans and Gina Agostinelli give you the 1983 features section. Copy written by Nat Sampson. 44 Ole Miss offers its students everything from a sunny day at Shrimp and Beer to a cultural evening with the Prague Symphony. Liz Bowman and A. G. Harmon have creatively compiled all of this into one of the most popular sections of the book. 114 This was a good year for some, a bad year for most. The loss of two head coaches and the success of the Lady Rebels made for quite a bit of excitement. Pam Peden has put together an exciting new look for this year ' s section.
