The Arnold Air Society is an organization of Air Force ROTC cadets. The Society is named in honor of the late General H. H. (Hap) Arnold. The Kenneth J. Sneddon Squadron at MSU is one of the strongest in the nation. Its recognitions include the Chennault Trophy of 1972, the Area C-2 outstanding squadron award, and the Maryland Cup, denoting it as the number one squadron in the nation in 1973.
