We have often heard that Kentucky is famous for her women, and we are now of the opinion that she is equally as famous for her men, for Jimmy is a man of geunine ability and integrity. He is very versatile in his talents and, after he had been with us long enough to make himself known, he soon took a place of leadership in the affairs of his class as well as those of the student body. For some time he has been an assistant in the depart- ment of Biology. Jimmy is a scholar, athlete, and gentleman, and he will be sorely missed next year. We know that a great future awaits him. His scholastic achievements, well above the average, have come as the result of the ability to grasp and master a situation rather than by hours cf endless toil. But “Sheep’s” success in school is by no means to be measured by his honor points, but the good will and the friendliness of the entire student body toward him. He has been a friend among friends, a man among men, and a true sportsman among sportsmen. Time alone can ripen such a personality into career rich with brilliant achievements. We feel the utmost confidence in his success.
