Student Council The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to voice their opinion and to give the faculty a better understanding of our wants and needs. This is not all. They also plan the school parties and many other behind the scenes things. They are the government which is so vital to the well being of our school. JVotes in the Kecord of Zime The junior-senior mixer, too, Had lots of fun in store, Their secret wish — desire — dream — They showed by what they wore. September 10th dawned bright and clear And school bells rang again, 480 students did appear, A hundred three freshmen. The sophs and freshies had a date. Good fun was had by all. Their mixer gave them chance to skate, And eat — and chat — and fall. n
