BRADFORD A.B., West Virginia Institute of Technology, M.A., West Virginia University The 1956 Miltonian commemorates a most successful year despite crowded conditions and growing pains. It marks the graduation of a class of which Milton High School is, proud. More broadly, this year has vital significance in the ,academic world because it supplies solid hope for the era to come .... world peace and the brotherhood of mankind. Since the leaders of the nation, state, county, and our community in the coming era will obviously come from high school graduates, as well as college, it is our hope and faith that the senior class of 1956 will not be found wanting. It has been a pleasure to have each of you under the guid- ance of our faculty. May you ever be loyal, courageous, diligent, thankful, kind, obedient, and above all, reverent to God and those to whom respect and reverence is due. Be not false to any man.
