PRESIDENT The sincere smile which greets his personal friends as well as visitors to the college, the ability to call each Millsaps student by name, the dignified manner of an administrator who has greatly aided in creating the Millsaps image of high scholastic ideals — these are three characteristics of Dr. Homer Ellis Finger, President of Millsaps College. Dr. Finger accepted his present position in 1952. He received his B.A. degree from Millsaps. After earning his B.D. from Yale, Dr. Finger did advanced work at Union Theological Seminary and later was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Centenary. w I V
